Today I had the most fantastic experience conversing with Lynne Farrow on all things iodine. I have been a big proponent of iodine for years, so it was an absolute honor to be able to have someone so knowledgeable agree to come on the podcast and talk more in depth on iodine and the ins and outs of this ancient health aid.
