Thank You All and Head’s Up By Anna Von Reitz

Thank you all for your prayers and concern for my Great-Granddaughter.  She was missing for five days, left her summer school program Friday afternoon and returned last Tuesday.  She was playing hooky with a school chum and her family without telling anyone.

Even after her Mom got a brief call at close of business Tuesday afternoon, we were left dangling because the message left out important data points, like has she been returned to the school program or has CPS taken her somewhere or, or, or…..?

Concerned parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents want to know these details, right?   Especially these days.

We just got wind that ten (10) major hotel chains are under indictment facing lawsuits for permitting and profiting from human trafficking.

Some of these hotels had false doors in closets leading into tunnel systems.  Some had double-sided mirrors that allowed employees or prospective clients to secretly watch you taking a shower (and evaluate the “goods”?) and some of these hotels employed secret cameras in things like coat hangers and sample-size shampoo bottles, in violation of your privacy (and to possibly collect blackmail material?)

Any child or young people in general, would be in danger of simply disappearing — and never being seen again.

The hotel chains thus far indicted are: Hilton, Wyndham, Days Inn, Super 8, Best Western, Red Lion, Marriott, Choice Hotels, Extended Stay America, and Motel 6 (Don’t leave the light on.).

This crime of human trafficking has become big business.

We all need to know it, and talk to our children about always staying aware of their environment, and always sticking with the group, always making sure that family members know where they are and preferably being with someone trustworthy at all times.

Children don’t know anything about child traffickers, and of course, we would prefer not to tell them, but I remember my Mother telling me about them, because they were active even back in the 50’s and 60’s in Chicago and Minneapolis and Milwaukee and Madison, where we often visited.

Likewise, young men and women like to think that they are all grown up and don’t have to worry about such things.

Business travelers also tend to trust their environment, but that “extra” wife you have in Buffalo, New York, might just be caught on someone’s camera, and that just might result in you having to accept a merger or make other business concessions.

Rings of kidnappers, white slavers, and blackmailers have invaded this country and major corporations are collaborating in their crimes and as in the current situation, profiting themselves.

All these corporations, if found guilty, need to be liquidated.  Their CEOs and Board Members need to be investigated and charged if they knew about and supported these activities.

Learning to protect yourself early in life is, or should be, a paramount goal for everyone, just like learning to swim or drive a car.

The necessity of doing so and of being constantly aware of potential threats is a burden that we all wish we didn’t have to bear, but in today’s decayed social culture, we have no choice.

I know that many of you felt the bottom dropping out of our world and knew how absolutely terrifying it is for a child to go missing.  It has a way of consuming your attention like nothing else.  It took a lifetime of self-discipline for me to continue on and do my work.

Your prayers and mine were answered.  It turned out to be just a childhood episode of playing hookie from a summer school program, but it could have been something else — and she now knows why everyone was so very concerned.

Many parents today don’t want to tell their children about child-trafficking for fear of dimming their joy and confidence, but with these child-snatching criminals becoming more and more adept at their trade, including using narcotics to knock their victims out, and having major hotel chains aiding and abetting, there is no choice.
