US clamps down on WEF: Revived ‘Defund Davos’ Act aims to curb elitism, excesses, and overreach on farming and free speech from 2024 Summit. Bill Seeks to halt flow of tax dollars to Global Forum.
U.S. HOUSE REPUBLICANS MOVE TO CHALLENGE THE PARASITIC WEF
In a bold move signaling growing concern over the influence of the World Economic Forum (WEF), last Friday a group of House Republicans, led by Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), re-introduced a bill aptly named “The Defund Davos Act,” that aims to cut off U.S. funding to the WEF.
The bill, highlighting a long overdue and growing shift in U.S. political attitudes, seeks to block spending on the WEF from agencies like the State Department and USAID, which have contributed over $9 million since 2013.
LEGISLATION TARGETS WEF’S ATTEMPTED GLOBALIST TAKEOVER
Rep. Tom Tiffany (W.I.) and others, including Reps, co-sponsored this legislative effort. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Diana Harshbarger (R-TN), Andy Ogles (R-TN), and Matt Rosendale (R-MT) represent a clear stance against the WEF’s shadowy, elitist agenda that was on full display this last week at the Davos Summit in Switzerland.
Rep. Perry has been criticizing the notion of American taxpayers funding what he called “annual ski trips for insular, global elitists,” deeming such expenditures as both “absurd” and “reprehensible.” The bill focuses on preventing U.S. tax dollars from supporting the WEF’s efforts to usurp U.S. laws and protections…. plus some.
WHAT IS UP IS DOWN AT THE WEF’S DAVOS SUMMIT
I found much of the Davos Summit to be Orwellian-like. What was up is now down, double-speak abounds, and advocacy for good is subverted, such as with how “ecocide” is now being pushed as an agenda against anything and everything that puts food on our table.
As mentioned in my recent Substack coverage of the WEF’s 54th annual Davos summit, “environmental advocates” at the event called for “ecocide” laws to punish “crimes against nature.”
As an individual familiar with “crimes against nature” and has been advocating against it for years — farming, hunting, fishing, and living off the land were NEVER a part of this definition. Ever.
Deforestation, air pollution, pesticides, forever chemicals, geoengineering, 5G, cell towers, Agent Orange, etc., have always been examples of “ecocide” — until Davos 2024.
What a way to twist good advocacy.
In addition, the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen urged a collective fight against “disinformation” to further their “climate and economic” agendas.
That means shutting you and me up for speaking to Truth, particularly once they release their upcoming planned “pandemic,” Disease X.
“DEFUND DAVOS” BILL A LITMUS TEST
It was these very Davos presentations and statements over the last few days that have, once again, spurred additional support among conservative House members. The passage of the bill faces challenges, particularly in the Democrat-controlled Senate.
My take is that any legislator who does not support this bill is showing their hand as an American traitor. It’s that serious. However, the mere introduction of such legislation clearly indicates the changing political landscape and the increasing scrutiny of organizations like the WEF. This legislative effort marks a pivotal moment in U.S.-WEF relations, highlighting a growing desire to remove the ever-increasing parasitic tentacles from our nation.
It’s up to you and me to share information about this bill, pressure our leaders to support it, and call out the leaders who do not!
Reach out to your representatives ( I say that tongue in cheek these days), and let them know we demand they pass this bill. How they vote will tell us all we need to know.
