Although President Trump has said he has the facts but not the time, I think that is a reference to the court process.
He has the Supreme Court and the House (which would have to do a special session before the end of the year, unless Trump has everybody in ankle bracelets he would lose in the new Congress to be installed — many from fraud — on 3 January.
